MSS™ has access to a vast inventory of vehicles designed specifically for your client’s current and future needs. We will work directly with clients to evaluate their medical and physical requirements and determine the best vehicle option.
MSS™ will work with the family to obtain proper insurance coverage for the vehicle and all registered drivers. Also, we will ensure regular payments are made to maintain full coverage.
We have a national contract which may provide discounted rates helping reduce the monthly lease payments.
One of our friendly and knowledgeable technicians will deliver your client's custom ordered vehicle to their home. They will demonstrate the factory and adaptive options as well as adjust any adaptive equipment to their satisfaction and comfort.
If they have selected a power wheelchair lock-down system, the final installation of the brackets and placement will be completed as well. We guarantee that your clients will feel comfortable with the operation of their new vehicle.
Our MSS™ program includes coordination and payment of ongoing maintenance for the vehicle. Services may include periodic oil changes, tire rotation, tires, belts, hoses, brakes, muffler and other normal wear and tear items.
For convenience, we have contracts with over 4000 service centers nationwide. Individuals who do not have access to our national contacts may still obtain maintenance through our program. We require ongoing maintenance of all vehicles.

Rollx Vans has partnered with Mobility Support Solutions™ to provide Emergency Roadside Assistance, including para transit transportation from more than 35,000 tow providers in the United States.
We want to ensure our customers are safe and have reliable assistance. Therefore, 24/7 emergency roadside assistance is available in the event of a mechanical breakdown.
Included with our single source program is a 5 year 75,000 miles Protective Vehicle Protection Plan. This plan covers both the vehicle and the accessible equipment and modifications.
Services under this warranty can be provided by any ASE Certified technician. This extra protection ensures that your clients get the peace of mind and level of comfort you expect.
